Chapter 2- Calling All Guardians

400 years later… North Pole.

It's been years since every one of the guardians had seen each other. Up in the North Pole, North was working on his latest ice sculpture masterpiece, and the Yetis, and possibly the elves, were all working hard and getting ready for the upcoming Christmas season. Once North had had finished his ice sculpture of a very detailed Christmas tree and presents, one of the Yetis came barging in, causing North to drop one of the presents and shattered onto the floor. "How many times have I told you to KNOCK?" North shouted in disappointment with his Russian accent. The Yeti replied in his language and a concerned look appeared on North's face. "What?" North said in disbelief, "black dust?" he said with curiosity.

Not wasting anytime, North immediately went out to the factory only to find black dust slithering on the floor and up and around the globe. As the mysterious black dust clenched the giant sphere, a shadow of a familiar figure had appeared and vanished, with the dust, in the blink of an eye. "Pitch is back." North said. "We must call all the guardians." North added as he twisted and pushed down on a lever that sent a signal of northern lights across the sky to every know guardian.

After all the guardians were called, they hurried as fast as they could to the North Pole to see what the problem was.

"Ah, Sandy," North said in his Russian accent, "it's so nice to see you again." The Sandman nodded his head in reply, also stating the same to North.

"Tooth. Bunny. Glad you could make it." North said in a jolly voice.

"It's been so long since you last called us here mate." Bunnymund said in an Australian accent.

"You got that right Bunny." Jack Frost said as he entered the room.

"Ah, Jack, how've you been?" North asked.

"I've been okay." Jack said with a mysterious tone in his voice.

"What've you been up to?" Tooth asked.

"The usual." Jack said as he let out a little laugh.

"Okay, Reunion's over." Bunnymund said. "North, what did you call all of us here for?" he asked.

The jolly old man let out a laugh of concern. "It's the boogieman." He said.

"You mean Pitch is back?" Jack asked.

"Yes, and he was here." North replied.

"Oh, here we go again." Bunnymund muttered under his breath.

As North explained what had happened with the black dust in the factory, all the guardians became very concerned.

"Wait, I thought you said Pitch was here." Jack stated.

"Well… not exactly." North replied.

"Not this again." Bunnymund said. "Let me guess, it was your belly that gave you the feeling that Pitch is back?"

"How did you know?" North asked surprised at what the Easter Bunny concluded.

"Wait, so let me get this straight. You called all of here for an emergency… because of your belly?" Jack asked, confused a little, but frustrated.

And just like that, North, Jack, and the Easter Bunny all started arguing over nothing. Tooth and the Sandman looked at each other with un-amused looks on their faces. Just then, Sandman looked up at the skylight and saw the moon hovering over the opening. A silhouette of a light bulb appeared above him. He tapped tooth on the leg to get her attention.

"What is it?" she said in a gentle voice. Sandman pointed up at the moon. "The man in the moon!" tooth shouted. The three arguing guardians stopped yelling at each other and looked at Tooth and the sandman, then looked up at the moon.

"Ha, Man in moon. What news you bring for us?" North asked with a laugh.
Beams of light came shining down on the Guardians seal in the middle of the room. The light showed the shadow of Pitch, symbolizing that he has returned.

"North was right." Tooth said.

"Manny, what must we do?" North asked the man in the moon.

Another beam of light shined brighter on the Guardians seal and the doors to the seal opened, revealing a crystal that had a spotlight around it.

"Another guardian has been chosen!" Tooth said as she fluttered her wings in excitement.

"I wonder who it could be this time." Bunnymund said.

"Well, whoever it is, they better help us." Jack said,

The light from the moon was forming a figure, and once the figure was shown all the guardians were surprised.

"Autumn Forest?" North said as he made a shocked face, raising one eyebrow.

"Forest is the new guardian?" Bunnymund asked.

"Wait, Autumn Forest?" Jack said as he stared at the figure the moon beams had formed and gave a smile. "Isn't she the spirit of the fall?" he asked.

"Yes she is." North replied. "Though, she holds many things as a spirit."

"Like what?" Jack asked.

"Well, besides the fall, she is also spirit of Thanksgiving, confidence, magic, and trust." North replied. "That's why she holds record on my nice list." He said as she gave a smile at Jack.

"So, do you think she can help us?" tooth said.

"Of course she will." North said. "You are her best friend tooth. You should know that she would help anyone." North said with a laugh.

"I know we're best friends, what was I thinking. She will help us!" Tooth said in excitement, and she couldn't wait to see her best friend.

"You know her?" Jack asked.

"Of course. I've known her for over 200 years. She helps me and the fairies sometimes back at the Tooth palace." She said with a giggle.

"Well then, there's no time to waste." North said as they all took their separate ways to get to Autumn's home. The Enchanted Forest.
